Where do we meet?

Generally, we meet every Saturday morning at 11 am at Prospect School, Honey End Land, to the West of Reading, about 2 miles from the town centre. The postcode is RG30 4EX. If you are using Sat Nav, make for 55 Honey End Lane, which is the house next door to our entry. The postcode will take you to the main entrance. Unhelpful!

We often meet by Zoom. You can get onto our Zoom meetings by accessing the UK Church website: https://gracecom.church/index.php and then going to the Church Services page: https://gracecom.church/media/local_virtual_services.php

Please note that we meet within the school:
Prospect school has an entrance in Honey End Lane, off Bath Road. Turning on to Honey End Lane from Bath Road, turn into this entrance, and park in the car park. Then walk toward the school building. On the right hand side, go up the disabled entrance and go through the first double door. The music room, where we meet, is immediately to your right. Telephone 07710 943 735.

How to get to services at our regular meeting place (Prospect School):
If arriving by CAR, the college is a few miles from Junction 12 of the M4 in the direction of central Reading along the A4.

If arriving by TRAIN, the nearest railway station is Reading West, which is 1.3 miles away. However, as it is awkward to get to and there is no bus link to Honeyend Lane, it is better to go to Reading Central Station and catch bus number 1, 2 or 28. Bus no.28 is preferable, as it stops closest to the School. For details of timetables and fares, ring National Rail enquiries on 08457 48 49 50 or go to: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

BUSES nos. 1, 2 and 28 all stop close by. Bus no. 28 is preferable as it stops closest to the School. The School is close by.
